Every great frontman has a great crew. Here's how you get yours:
Step 1 – Application: Make Sure You're a Fit
You tap "Apply to Join" and answer a few quick questions about:
- Your current hair situation
- Your work / lifestyle (office, stage, camera, all of the above)
- How often you'd ideally like to come in
- Your goals for your look (subtle, bold, villain-coded, etc.)
If it seems like a fit, we'll invite you to a quick call or in-person consult to finalize your membership level.
Step 2 – Signature Look Session: Build Your "Always On" Image
Your first official appointment is your Signature Look Session with Sean.
You get:
- A consult where Sean breaks down:
- Your face shape, hair type, lifestyle, and brand
- What's realistically possible, and what's not worth fighting
- A rockstar cut / color / system design aligned with your actual life (not just a moodboard)
- A maintenance game plan:
- How often you'll come in
- What your at-home routine needs to be (and what it doesn't)
- What to avoid so you don't wreck the work between visits
By the end, you walk out with a locked-in, on-brand look and a membership plan that keeps you there.
Step 3 – Ongoing Rockstar Maintenance
Your membership keeps you on a predictable rhythm, so your hair always looks like you did it on purpose.
Depending on your tier, your membership can include:
- 4 full appointments per month (cut / color / system maintenance as needed)
- Priority booking for prime-time slots
- Emergency repair visits for "oh no, I have a shoot tomorrow" situations
- Seasonal or quarterly look refresh sessions to evolve your style over time
You don't have to think about when to book or what to ask for. You show up. Sean keeps you looking like a headline act.

FAQ
"How much does this cost?"
Memberships start at $200/month and go up based on how often you come in and what your hair needs (cuts, color, systems, etc.). If you're just looking for the cheapest haircut in town, this is not it. If you want your look to become part of your brand, you're in the right place.
"Is there a long-term contract?"
Only if you want to save money. You can pre-pay 6 months to save 10%, or 12 months to save 20%. Otherwise, you can go month-to-month at standard rates.
"Where are you located?"

"What if I travel a lot?"
Perfect. That's what the membership is for. We'll plan your appointments around your schedule so your hair stays dialed between trips.
"What if I don't know what style I want?"
That's literally Sean's job. Bring your vibe, your work, a couple of reference photos if you have them. You don't need to know the language — you just need to know how you want to feel.
"Do you work with hair systems / thinning hair?"
Yes. Sean has extensive experience with hair systems and transformations. You can indicate this on your application so we tailor the recommendation.
